Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged through improper use
- Items with tears, holes, or fabric damage caused by:
- Rough handling or pulling
- Getting caught on sharp objects such as nails, hooks, or fences
- Exposure to harsh conditions that lead to fabric deterioration
Please note: Damage caused by accidents, improper washing, or misuse will not be considered eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pacificcustomsportswears.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
